Academy Voters Are 'Crackers' About the
Celebrated Clay Animated Duo's First Feature Film

GLENDALE, CA - (March 6, 2006) - DreamWorks Animation SKG and Aardman's "Wallace & Gromit: The Curse of the Were-Rabbit," was named Best Animated Feature at the 78th Academy Awards® announced last night at the Kodak Theater in Hollywood. The honor marks the fourth Oscar® for the film's director and Wallace & Gromit creator Nick Park, who has won three previous Academy Awards®* for Best Animated Short, including two starring the much-loved clay animated duo -- the cheese-loving Wallace and his faithful canine companion Gromit. The film, which features the two enterprising chums using all their wildly imaginative inventions to try to capture a mysterious beast of epic and fluffy proportions, is available worldwide on DVD.
DreamWorks Animation and Aardman Features are currently working together on the computer-animated comedy "Flushed Away," set for release in theaters November 2006. Blending Aardman's trademark style and characterizations with DreamWorks'
state-of-the-art computer animation, "Flushed Away" is a madcap comedy set on and beneath the streets of London.
